It was shocking, booking.com should be ashamed to market this property

Unhygienic, dirty as hell, bad bedsheets, soiled towels. Shocking beyond words

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was severely lacking—rooms were not properly cleaned, and common areas felt grimy and poorly maintained. It was clear that housekeeping was either understaffed or not paying attention at all. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and poor. Whether it was check-in, requesting basic amenities, or getting assistance from the front desk, everything took far longer than it should have. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing good customer service. I was given a double room even though I was a solo traveller for the first night and told me that I would need to move to a single room for the second night. The guy on the checking desk then tried to give me a room without the attached toilet and bath. But after protest, he gave me a single room with attached toilet and bath. For the price, I expected much better. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others unless serious improvements are made.

I was charged 10000 rupees for a night when I booked thru booking.com and found out that many other people who had booked directly were paying 5000 rupees for similar room , on the same Day
