Zeev Jabotinsky Residence - With Mamad

Excellent location with a reliable, easy-to-use elevator. The apartment appears newly renovated and features a very efficient air-conditioning system. The host was responsive, available, and willing to assist at any time. Constant supply of hot water. A well-equipped coffee station—including both capsules and ground coffee—and complimentary cookies.

The living-room blinds do not lower, which makes privacy impossible given the proximity of neighboring buildings. The TV in the living room was not working. Although the host kindly attempted to help, he explained it was a known fault with no solution—a strange situation when an advertised amenity is unavailable. The “Mamad” (reinforced safe room) is not inside the apartment but shared for the entire floor, which was not made clear in the listing.

I wish I knew I needed to turn on the hot water heater BEFORE already entering the shower :) Hot water ran out after 2 minutes. It wasn't mentioned anywhere... until I contacted the owner and got instructions.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the quieter northern side of Dizengoff Street. The building has been renovated, and the apartment is very spacious and convenient.

With a few more design touches, this place could be truly amazing.

There was no soap, not at all. The towels were ugly. They actually convinced me to go for a hotel (not for an apartment) next time in Tel Aviv.... :-(

It is a case, when the apartment in real live are even better than on photos. Clean, well-equipped, fresh re-doing, with the good and comfortable furniture. The owner is always in touch with you and ready to help. The location is marvelous.Sea port area, beach, shops, food store, cafe, stop bus is neaby. The staying made our holiday pleasant and memorable.

There were A LOT of cat hair on the floor, everywhere. Had to clean it up, was really messy
