The apartment was not cleaned when we entered at 15:30. After I contact the host he just said that they are not finished with the cleaning, which is not a problem if is communicated before. We spoke before with the host he did not mentioned that the room will be not ready. After the complain the cleaning lady makes a joke about cleaning. The apartment was completely dirty and with out of any facilities. No WC paper, no bag for garbage, no shampoo. Actually was completely a joke. I have informed the host he promised me that next day they will fixed. Never happened. This apartment should not be allowed to book on Booking.com….. its is a shame/scam.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed every second of it. The apartment is clean, in a great location, perfect for couples. Highly recommend it!
