So close to all the shops and towns nearby and walking distance
Only issue was other people who were staying were playing loud music after the quite hours drinking excessive alcohol

Meeting the others staying there. Chatting at the kitchen table while having breakfast. Bathroom stayed clean throughout the stay. I did feel safe.
We were not greeted and found our way around. It took a discussion with someone to work out the WIFI password after a couple of days using our own data. There were no fire alarms. The kitchen was missing draws and rubbish bin wasn't emptied regularly. The lounge area was more a storage area. Doors made such a noise that the other guy there had some baby oil and put that on the hinges plus he had to come into our room and bang the pin on the middle hinge. Doors worked great after that.
