Great location and comfortable

Lady who met us didn’t explain anything so had to ask a few times for help. Not as helpful or responsive as any other property we stayed in on the same holiday

Above all the location. This is my second stay in this apartment. It is spacious with a great kitchen. The TV has Netflix (English).. the location is in the heart of old town and quaint as imaginable.

The top of the master bed mattress is 11 inches off the floor. That’s low for us older folks. The new management has pushed two more beds into the space leaving it less graceful and spacious. When the owner hosted there was an amply supplied kitchen. With the new management we were “allowed” one hot pad (not even an oven mitt), one face towel and one bath towel each, and the kitchen lacked adequate utensils. When I asked for at least another hot pad to go along with the thin 6 inch square pad, I was told it was not authorized. We were there for a full week. We were “authorized” only one dish drying cloth. There is no dish washer so hand washing is the only route. Warnings, clearly suspicious of you, prepare you to pay €40 and €100 if you leave anything in the fridge or god-forbid put something in the toilet. While I found having to check in at one location and then proceed to the apartment , a bother the staff was prompt to respond when we could not get the tricky door key to work. Fortunately we have telephone service in Italy.

There was only air-conditioning in the master bedroom and it was unpleasant in all the other rooms because of the heat and humidity.
