Seaside Hostel Malapascua

Lots of privacy, big rooms with space for backpack. Clean bathrooms, but no warm water. Excelent views from the living room, specially with high tide.

Not the closest hostel to the main area, although it is 10 min walking so not big deal. Kitchen not very clean although I did not use it.

Good location near the ferry, quiet place, helpful staff

It’s not clean at all. Everything is quite old and would need a very thorough clean, especially the bathroom. The locks are rusty and not all of them close anymore. There are inexplicable red/ brown stains on the walls. To meet someone of the staff, you have to contact them each time on Whatsapp and wait for them to arrive. The place is not on google maps and very difficult to find from the street side.

Close to the harbor, kitchen you can use

Mattress thin and uncomfortable, cockroaches in the room, neighbors super loud - music all night long, the A/c super loud, no hot water in the shower.

Superb spot to view the sunset! There is a little balcony/lounge on the first floor which was a very nice spot to relax and watch the sun go down. The single room with attached bathroom on the first floor is great value-for-money and it's really comfortable with a bunk bed, sufficient for 2 pax. It's the only single room with an attached bathroom so book it fast if it's available! Loved my stay here! ❤

The toilet of my room did not have running water suddenly but Adelyn and the team tried their best to fix it and provide alternatives, so all good :) It came back after a day or so.

Great location! Affordable! It was a beachfront. Easy access to everything. Staff were accommodating. Check in and check out process were smooth. Good view for sunset. Room was comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely will be back soon.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. The location is perfect. We felt very welcome since our arrival by the very nice staff. Our room was small, but clean and the terrace was beautiful and comfortable, a perfect place to watch the sunset. The wifi worked perfectly. We definitely recommend this place to stay on this island!

People are really nice, the view is stunning right on the beach. They'll open a dive shop so do not hesitate to reach out to them directly, theyre lovely
