Chalets Resort Masinagudi

The location is not very nice. The last stretch of road to the property is a really pain. There is no proper road also. The WiFi wasn’t working the whole time. Given the mobile networks are also not reliable in these regions, we really had a tough time to be connected to the internet. Even basic utilities like tissues, kettle or some tea bags were not present in the room. It was a hassle to keep calling the front desk/reception to get these to our room. The room was a very small and did not have a table inside. If you get any food delivered to your room, you have no choice but to struggle with it on the bed or have it on the sofa. The bathroom fittings were mostly broken and overall not up to the mark. Also, the inside photos of the room are missing on the website which is a huge misleading thing.

The crowd , they were overbooked … many people in each room . No space available for food and highly overcrowding

Good service & food. Calm, neat & quiet place.

Pool wasn’t filtered. My daughter got skin irritation & severe pain due to the high chlorine content.

Not many facilities but its ok given that its in reserve forest. Not lot of food options
