Hotel is nice and the location is good as it is in the city centre.

Breakfast is served cold and for dinner I ordered chicken with Naan, chicken was excellent but the naan was stale and they just heated it up. People know the quality of fresh food be stale so pls don’t ruin your reputation

The location is inside the city and easy to go around. The staff is friendly and the room size is fine. The building is an old one but they have kept it well.

I saw a couple of cockroaches enjoying their time in my room. The dinner was superb but the "Naan" (bread) was stale and they just heated it and served it for us which is ridiculous. People know the difference between fresh Naan and one left from lunch and was just heated. Breakfast is very limited but all cold. Whether it is sambar, sausages or idly, all are ice cold. Breakfast is supposed to be hot.
