Clean property with best available room cleanliness. Within City range and at few minutes away by auto from Calicut Beach.

Unprofessional staff (the manager, Sujeeth Radhakrishnan used the word, its their property which they can charge any amount). I was not offered an upgrade despite booking.com offering an upgrade. This was a big no for this. They didn't care for that. Didn't offer two keys for room. Somehow I misplaced one which they asked for a charge of 1,000 but they later reduced to 500. Breakfast platter was not so great. Didn't offer Aaloo Parantha.
