"Unpleasant Stay and Property Mismatch – Kodaikanal Booking"

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay in Kodaikanal.

I had booked a specific property in advance, but upon arrival, I was informed that the booked room was unavailable and I was shifted to an entirely different property The water heater was not working, which caused major inconvenience in the cold weather. There were frequent electricity fluctuations, making the stay even more uncomfortable. The overall condition of the property was poor and not as advertised. This experience was extremely frustrating and did not meet the expectations set during booking.
