Awesome lawn view and location. 1 BHK is comfortable for a family of 4. TV works fine. Manager/owner is really helpful in case of any faults and is always available. Keep in mind size of the rooms are good but not impressive.

Road to reach the place is kind of shabby...it's fine if you have a capable vehicle. Pullout couch can be uncomfortable if you are older. Kitchen lacked Spoons(Not a big deal).

Room is situated on top of the kodaikanal in a good location.

They didn't provide campfire; we need to pay an extra amount for that, and they put it at another location. So don't waste your money on putting a fire camp.
