The location is the only good thing about the property as it is right off the main road.

1. Rooms were not at all clean. I assumed I’d get a clean dorm when I checked in, I was mistaken. It looked like someone was living in the room for over a month. There were bananas, grocery, snacks and wrappers all over the room. 2. There’s no place in the room to keep your backpack. It gets extremely cramped. The room gets claustrophobic in the heat. 3. The staff is like a loose string keeping the place together. There’s nobody at the reception most of the time, clear rules and instructions aren’t given properly at the time of check-in. Hell, they don’t even know which room is free for you when you checkin. 4. The bathroom had not been cleaned in a week, hair was all over the floor and the basin was dirty. 5. The type of people living here are primal. They don’t understand the concept of a shared space. It is mainly men, who are extremely weird with no class and give off weird energy. PS: DIDN’T TAKE PICS BECAUSE I WAS OUT ALL THE TIME AND DIDN’T WANNA SPEND A MINUTE THERE.

What i loved was they took great care of me I arrived with a very bad cold and flue, room service and my well being were priority. The staff were amazing

The location is good, close to the main road and the room has a beautiful views. The bed is also comfortable.

The room is not clean, also the hostel at all is dirty, the water to the sink go directly to the floor. They charged half day for the room but they never said at what time i need to leave the room.

I was in the girls shared dormitory. Great location, hot water works and is enough (though the shower 🚿 part does not work properly), you have a locker with key for your belongings and one shared key for the room, that I usually left at reception when I went out. It was great value for the money, the hostel staff was friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to leave my baggage in the room because I arrived before check in time. No strict rules like other hostels, it was relaxed.

I found the perfect stay to make my Rishikesh trip truly memorable and comfortable. The hotstel's exceptional hospitality and kind-hearted management team truly deserve extra marks! Whenever I revisit Rishikesh, I'll definitely be staying here again!
