Modern Downtown Apartment

Kitchen facilities was great - bathroom was huge - bedroom was great size and facilities of building looked brand new and extremely clean all around. Very secured and secured parking.

We hit severe weather conditions with a sudden severe storm no one predicted. We almost had an accident during it and were forced to stay 1-night hours away and took us an entire day to get to property instead of 4-hours. The host was reluctant in their not wanting to assist with any form of refund or partial refund in any manner. I communicated multiple times the day of and that night along with during the stay and it seemed an office was handling the communication. So, no one was looking back further in the communication chat or provided a phone means to speak with someone. We also were locked out of the main common area in the property as our family came to see us and we wanted to use it but was unable too and the host did nothing about it except say it should be open after the next day.

Loved this property!! Felt very safe as a solo traveler. Enjoyed walking around town in the afternoons.

Everything was clean, great contact, perfect location.

Location was great. Assigned free parking space in gated lot was comforting. Balcony was pleasant. Appliances were new. Clean. Large restroom and closet.

Furniture suited for studio not for the size of this apt. Living: Futon is hard and uncomfortable. Only other seating options; 2 backless barstools, with another barstool as table, and a mini table with 2 small backless mini benches. We literally avoided that area. No space to work. Bedroom: No TV, no curtains, tiny nightstands and no dresser. Kitchen: No coffee cups or mugs. Bath: Low water pressure in shower. *Lengthy door code and never figured out the use for remote because fob worked both gate and door.

The view. It was very clean. The living room needs a chair.

Location is ideal for my needs (IVO UAB Hospital) at a reasonable price.

Water pressure is low

I love how safe I felt! Everything was clean. Simple in and out the complex. It was my first time like Airbnb it and I will definitely return.
