Barozzi Apartment Bologna

Location was perfect; close to both the station and the city centre. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped and in a very safe area. It was spotlessly clean. William is an excellent host and communicated really well with us. He was able to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was a real positive for us. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to fellow travellers.

Clean, well thought out place to stay. Near the railway station and just a short walk from the city center.

Some city noice can be heard through the windows but nothing too bad.

Great location and close to the historic centre of Bologna and trains. The apartment is very secure and has modern well designed and clean facilities. Because of the spiral staircase and the shower recess design, the apartment would be challenging for less agile guests. Overall we had a wonderful stay here exploring Bologna and would return. William was an excellent host and responsive to our queries. An added bonus was that we found a lovely gluten free cafe a short distance away that served wonderful breakfasts.

Really cozy apartment, well equipped. Close to the city center. The host contacted us daily to make sure that everything is ok or if we need anything. The apartment was very clean.

About a 10-15 minute walk from either Bologna Centrale or the heart of the city, this clean and well-appointed unit should appeal to most visitors. The owner seemed accommodating and responded quickly to any of our questions. There are three layers of security, and the illustrated instructions for accessing the apartment were as clear as any we have encountered. A small kitchen, washing machine and household goods were appreciated.

The narrow, winding staircase that connects the bedroom loft with the rest of the apartment could be a challenge for individuals who are larger or less agile when moving luggage to the bedroom or seeking the bathroom at night. We also found it a bit odd that we were asked to carry 4 different categories of rubbish to bins about a block away at the end of a week's stay. Not a biggie, but that is generally the job of the host/cleanup staff. You should also be prepared to wash your own towels.
