Communication was poor, area felt slight unsafe at night. Some nighttime noise even though early in the week. Tiny towels, harsh lighting

Location was excellent - room was great

Communications was via internet only - Coming from Australia without access made things very hard No signs to even indicate we were at the right address- no written instructions when we got into apartment. Fridge was not on. Parking fee was over priced and had to pay cash only ??

Excellent location. The location was spot on, very lively around the viaduct and I enjoyed the happy vibe of the area. Regarding breakfast I used a small cafe close to the Boutique Viaduct. The room had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. When back in Auckland I will stay at the same place.

I arrived early in the morning and asked if I could check in early which was approved (extra payment for this) There was a problem with booking.com website and I couldn't contact the company to let them know I had arrived. I had been in contact before so I had another way to contact the owners of the apartment. So was able to arrange for the 'meet and greet' person to come to the apartment. The instructions need to a review as the shop (think it was DG) has changed names and I was looking for the 'old' shop name. This are very minor incidents, all in all I had an excellent stay at the Boutique Viaduct

Good facilities and good view

Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Everything you needed was provided. Clean and comfortable.

Entrance off seedy street. Nice balcony.

Bars and noise. Access instructions. Washing machine. State of repairs and cleanliness. Lack of compendium and equipment.

Excellent location, restaurants, bars & supermarkets close by. Also across the road from the tepid baths.

Level one right above restaurants, good soundproofing but a little noisy at night later in the week. Shower gel & coffee sachets supplied but not quite enough to get through our 4 nights.
