The night staff on duty was very helpful. Great location and very clean room.

"The overall experience was a NIGHTMARE. PLEASE STAY AWAY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

There were no breakfast facilities, there is nothing positive here. You won't even get water here.

Everything, the customer service was well below average, even basic questions like "where can I get something to eat?" was answered with "I don't know". The TV did not work, my complaints were not even acknowledged. Ther were wires hanging from the roof. it gets more dangerous, there was a live wire right next to the bed sticking out of the power point that probably was installed for a bedside lamp. My complaints were once again ignored. The receptionist only spoke English to urge me to hire him as a tour guide for $50 USD otherwise it was the usual "no English" response to any queries. I got a knock on the door at 8.00 am and was asked to check out. I advised the person the checkout was at 11.00 am and she went back only to knock on my door again at 9.00 am to remind me to check out. They refused to repay the $30 USD collected as a deposit as they had only $5 USD with them. The photos are misleading, there is nothing positive about this place. Please reconsider before you book a room at this place.

Good location by the Riverside, good price and a clean, comfortable room.
