Lo único que no me gustó es que nos hicieran pagar 100 NKK por dejar 2 horas las maletas en un cuarto (desde las 11 que era la hora del check out a las 13 que las recogimos para ir al aeropuerto. Es la primera vez que me sucede algo así. Jamás he pagado en ningún alojamiento por dejar un rato las maletas

The rooms size is excellent. Location is perfect if you don't want to be located in the city center. You have more chances to spot the Auroras in this location (we've seen them from our flat window twice). Checkin was easy as well as checkout. You have everything you need to cook, wash your clothes and stay warm and confortable.

The heating system isn't working. It's stuck at 26 degrees Celsius throughout the room, even though we've tried lowering the temperature several times. The temperature never goes down and remains at 26 degrees despite following all the instructions. You need to open a window when you feel too warm and need some fresh air. The room cleaning wasn't bad, however, I think it's a big area for improvement. There was hair from previous guests on the floor, the bathroom could be cleaner, and the floor could be swept more thoroughly.

Custo benefício excelente! Apartamento bem confortável para 2 pessoas. Cozinha equipada, banheiro com máquina de lavar roupa e tudo muito novinho. Ao lado de ponto de ônibus com excelente acesso ao centro da cidade.

É tudo moderno mas não intuitivo. A forma de pegar a chave por exemplo, poderia ser melhor explicada (não fica claro que precisa colocar a senha, baixar a alavanca para pegar a chave) e o manual do aquecimento interno também poderia ser melhor explicado. Tentei de todas as formas reduzir o aquecimento mas não consegui. Nao ficou desconfortável, mas poderia ter ficado mais agradável.

房间挺大，也很干净，位置虽然离市区远一点，但是有直达公交，楼下就有一家便利超市，很棒

餐具和配套的厨具很全，唯一的缺点是烤箱和油烟机不是太干净
