Poca pulizia in bagno; erano presenti peli/capelli oltre alla tavoletta del water sporca - abbiamo provveduto noi alla pulizia, anche perchè non essendoci la reception non sapevamo chi contattare. Inoltre non vi sono asciugamani di ricambio e non era presente il tappetino della doccia. Sul sito non abbiamo inoltre trovato informazioni sul cambio biancheria.

Comfortable and clean apartment. Clear instructions about check in and check out were given. A bit far from the city centre, nevertheless it is possible to take a 15 min bus ride to reach the very heart of Tromso.

The apartment was very clean and in an amazing location, with a bus stop just a few steps away and a grocery shop right outside, which was extremely convenient. Even when it was –11°C outside, the room stayed very warm, and I didn’t need my woolen PJs at all. Buses to the city center took around 10–20 minutes, making it easy to get around. We were also lucky enough to see the Northern Lights while waiting for the bus—such a special experience! The property was very well equipped. They provided laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, coffee, plenty of cutlery and dishes, towels, and lots of storage space. There is also a paid luggage storage room, which was helpful. However, it’s basically one large room without individual lockers, so we were a little unsure at first about where to place our luggage and how secure it was. When we visited, everything was covered in snow, and the views from the big windows were absolutely beautiful.

There was no toilet paper, sugar, salt, or other basic condiments provided, and no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Since there was a grocery shop right outside, we were able to buy everything easily, but it would have been nice if some essentials were included. We were asked to dispose of the waste in the house rules, and while we didn’t mind, it’s worth mentioning that guests are required to take the garbage outside the building during checkout.
