Little England is a bizarre experience to be in the middle of all these English style homes in the middle of Sri Lanka. It is a beautiful community and we loved our stay here. It feels very home-like and makes for a comfortable stay. The staff are brilliant and make sure you’re well taken care of during your stay. The owner should be very proud of the people working at the residence. We had dinner and then breakfast the next morning, both were great and plentiful. You almost feel bad you can’t make your way through all the food!

Shower water pressure/temperature was a little inconsistent, but manageable. Not a negative for us, but keep in mind you are not in the hustle and the bustle of a town. There are no shops and limited dining options in walking distance. You can always get a tuktuk or car to bring you into the town. We found this relaxing

Nice gated community. Enjoyed the location.

There were no water bottles in the room. The bed was quite uncomfortable, rather small and the mattress was quite hard.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel so at home. The room we stayed in was lovely and nicely decorated.

The cottage is inside a gated community with well maintained gardens and every cottage is built in English style. The place is very well maintained and the staff (Christy) was a great help.
