A lovely English cottage feel that was well appointed. Proximity to tea plantations and gardens.

Staff not that friendly. No options for good food. Breakfast was substandard. Was too pricey for value provided.

本来予約したヴィラを勝手にキャンセルされ、古い別館に移動。中東地域のイランとアメリカの紛争で、フライトをキャンセルとなった人達が延泊する事になり、まさに延泊する人達を優先させたようだ。私のように一泊のみの宿泊客は、ウェルカムではなかったようだ。 隣人が保有する一階のヴィラに移動となった。エアコンの音が大き過ぎて、全く熟睡できず、おかげで風邪をひいた。旅の途中でクレームにしたくなかったので、やむなく納得したが、ホテルのオーナー、イギリス在住のスリランカ人が勝手にキャンセル扱いとし、操作するのは規定違反ではないでしょうか？ 日本だと有り得ない失礼なサービスで、行為だと思った。宿泊

Good stay, good breakfast, and a nice location. Nuwara Eliya is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the mountains, and this property is perfectly located for that. The property itself and the nearby surroundings are beautiful, making it a lovely spot to slow down and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Only one Restaurant near the property though, so the options are limited that way.

Such a cozy and peaceful property. We were welcomed in a high standard way. Loved this place a lot.
