This is a scam, the building is a Ress for students not for bookings, do not book

The location is only few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Even the city mall is close as well including the town hall. The people working there are very friendly and always wanted to help you.

When I arrived there they put me in a very small room, even my bathroom in my house is way bigger than the room. Then I asked them if I could move to another room as I paid for the twins room and after confirming my booking, they apologized and I was moved to another room which was bigger. However, the bed was not comfortable and almost nothing in the room apart from a fridge. The bathroom if 20m outside the room and there were a lot of cockroaches in the room and in the bathrooms. For the price I paid I could stay in much better place. However, I realized that I booked it in the last minute of my trip after Booking.Com cancelled my previous accommodation in the North Durban as they did not know that the accommodation was full but they still opened it for booking. After the owner told them that there were no rooms available and they had to cancel my trip. As a result I had to book with the Victoria Waterfront Lodge at the last minute of 31 December and cancelled my taxi from the airport to my previous accommodation. I could not regret it as it could had been worse as there were no accommodation at all especially on the 31 December. Later I found out that the accommodation is actually student lodge, then I could understand. Though, I hope that they can spray anything to kill the cockroaches in the rooms cause I killed almost 10. It was very disgusting.

It is just a walking distance to the beach and yes, Ushaka Marine too They have the best security, yoo - felt so safe in there
