The receptionist was horrible 😢 upon our arrival

Your receptionist is rude ,she doesn't know how to talk to people. She undermined us because of we speak Sotho. She wanted us to pay more money on top of the money we paid

Its a very good place just you must try putting tvs in each room

Closeness to the beach and the way staff assist. There were awesome

Staff was welcoming and always eager to help.

One shower for a whole floor. Stacked window. No fan. Bed was not comfortable

1. No control on bathrooms. You find women using male showers/toilets. No privacy at all. 2. 3 days, room was never cleaned. 3. No parking!!! 4. Lift sometimes works.

We loved everything about Victoria Waterfront Lodge..we enjoyed alot
