Very Disappointing Experience with Host Vinod at Aloha Ganges Rishikesh Our experience with the host, Vinod, was extremely unpleasant and stressful. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout our stay. He asked us to vacate the room at 10:00 AM, even though the official checkout time was 11:00 AM, just because he had new guests waiting. This was completely unfair and showed no respect for paying guests. We requested 3 towels since we were three people, but he refused without any proper reason and spoke to us very rudely. Despite this poor service and bad attitude, we were charged ₹15,000, which is absolutely not justified for the way we were treated. Hospitality should be about making guests comfortable, not pressuring and insulting them. I would strongly not recommend staying here if Vinod is the host. There are many better places in Rishikesh where guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. We received a confirmed booking from Aloha Apartment in Rishikesh and drove over 6 hours with full expectations of a legitimate stay. Upon arrival, not only was the host completely unresponsive, but we were never even met or given access to the apartment . We were abandoned without any explanation, forced to find last-minute accommodation late at night, which cost us significantly more. The emotional distress, financial loss, and sheer frustration we experienced are beyond words. This was bad service. The host showed zero responsibility, zero professionalism, and total disregard for basic decency.
