This Aloha Apartments are a complete fraud. Once you pay, you are told these are not run by Aloha but by private operators. By then it’s too late to get refund. Not sure why Aloha allows these people to use to their brand and dilute it in this manner. Absolutely no facilities; hotel facilities like food are either inaccessible to apartment guests or are outrageously priced. For 3 days, no one cleaned the room or provided water or even coffee/tea sachets.

Bedsheets weren’t as clean, had spots (probably permanent) and some strands of hair including on pillow covers. Though host apologised and got it cleaned upon request. There was hardly any toilet paper and had to request couple of times due to very limited availability. The apartment is privately owned and is not part of Aloha, though is in same complex so don’t be fooled by the name Aloha, you won’t have wifi outside apartment even though it’s available by Aloha for their customers only. The wifi in the apartment is slow under 20mbps.

INThe room what i have seen while booking its not the same. its a total fraud with me i have been to this property 4-5 times but this time rooms are like oyo. I am paying more the lemon tree for this what the hell very disappointed. ill prefer to book from other sites next time as I am regular client to you this is not expected.
