Cozy Downtown Condominium

It was nice and quiet, very safe

No where to park, the pull out bed was very uncomfortable and spotted some roaches in the cabinets

The room was outfitted with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels. The sofa bed was comfortable. The rollaway was ok. It was quiet at night.

There were cockroaches. We used the spray provided and kept our things off of the floor and food in the fridge. The property was in a building with a Drug Rehab Facility. I would've appreciated knowing that ahead of time. There was a strong smell of weed outside and in the lobby, but with the numerous air freshners, we didn't smell it in the apartment. Parking is technically available, but it is metered during business hours.

In Walking distance of the city centre of Jacksonville and it's SkyTrain to San Marco district.. Good communication up front with the host. If you read this, careful with check in time (prior to booking), as if you arrive early as we did you better book two nights if you wish to see more of Jacksonville. As it's difficult to find luggage storage. The neighbours are very quiet during their renovation work = friendly neighbours inside and outside the building

Dining area, the bar chairs are far too small for the dinning table.

This is a very small studio in a not so great part of downtown Jax. On street meter parking only. There is no staff; it's all condos with private owners. This owner does not allow children, but this does not apply to the other condos. Noisy children on both sides. The view is awful; graffitied buildings, construction all over. THERE IS NO BED IN THIS CONDO. You have to set up a pullout bed. We could not fold it back in next day, it is broken. The TV is damaged, it is all red and blue lines when turned on. Overall a terrible experience.

It was comfortable and little bit the sofa bed need more comfortable mattress feel kind of hard

Very clean and cute! Cheaper than a hotel and better!!

The location was very good. I appreciated the kindness of coffee, water and snacks provided. They had everything we needed for our stay.

There were 4-5 plug-in scented devices in a very small area. My daughter and I both suffer from migraines and those were definitely a trigger for us. I would recommend at most 2-3 plug-ins and use something more like ocean breeze or clean linen scents. It was like having to hug your perfumed grandma all weekend. We immediately unplugged them and the scent lingered til we left.
