I booked this room as a birthday surprise for my mom and the staff was more than willing to help me with early check-in, a little birthday message in the room, and an extra drink token for her stay.

No complaints. Very cozy room, nice vibe, cool art on the walls, and a nice view of downtown Springfield.

Small and cozy. Right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Very convenient. We walked to breakfast the first morning. So nice. We will definitely come to stay again.

Our bartender at the main floor bar the first night was super great. He had good vibes. The bartender the second night, she was not nearly as friendly or bubbly. Really killed the vibe, so we had one drink and left.
