Everything was fantastic! I wish we could have stayed longer.

No refrigerator in the room

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Free drink token. Helped us celebrate anniversary. Okay for overnight stay.

Very plain room. No chair to sit on, only bed. A small chair would be nice. Small room. No coffee maker in room. Mattress very hard.

Reserved a room online, arrived at the property, the person at the front desk hardly even looked at us. I was told they didn’t have a room for us despite a reservation and payment having been made hours prior. I asked for a confirmation of refund, the person said they couldn’t help with that either. Had to find another accommodation and call the Roxy hotel the next day to ask for help with the refund for a stay that wasn’t possible due to their lack of organization. The hotel is cute, but the staff we had contact with was a bit condescending and unhelpful

City noise.

I probably would've liked this hotel but they didn't have my reservations.

I received a message from the hotel that they were happy to be expecting me but between that message and my arrival my reservations was lost.
