"Spacious apartment with unresponsive owner"

The apartment has a lot of space. The house is calm and outside activities could not be heard with closed windows. You can regulate natural light with electronic blinds.

The owner is completely unresponsive. I reported the AC not working, received no reply and in the end was compensated by Booking. I have still not received an invoice, which was requested multiple times both by me and by Booking. Bare minimum was done to keep the flat rentable. For example the leaking shower, which is mentioned in years old review, is still leaking, and the bathroom doors are visibly damaged by repeated leakage. The external check-in app was tedious and I had to fill it in twice, because it lagged and then all information disappeared.

Location

I had to clean it myself it was so poorly cleaned , bedroom floor was really dirty, owner didn’t respond my texts actively
