Felt very safe. Spacious. Clean towels/ sheets.

No reply from host to messages/ emails/ text or phone calls when we had an issue during our stay so we had to use the towels as bedding for 3 nights. Not enough bedding. Bathroom, especially the shower needs updating/ bleaching, water was lukewarm or cold for showers/ baths. Kitchen very bare, not enough crockery etc even for 4 people. Needs updating, cupboard doors/ shelves falling apart screws hanging out, bathroom doors all rotten and expanded from flooding, sofa is stained, just really neglected.

The apartment is a good size, spacious, and convenient with two separate bathrooms. It is well located and close to most amenities. Overall, the apartment matches the advertisement. Entry and exit were smooth, and check-in/check-out information was complete.

Adding a rug and cleaning the couch would improve the living room; hanging up the large painting behind the sofa would also be good. The kitchen, although well-equipped, needs kitchen sponges, kitchen towels, more glasses, plates, and cutlery. The bedrooms match the description, but bedside lamps and more and thicker pillows are needed. The beds are very firm. In the large bedroom, curtains were broken, though the blackout blinds worked well. The bathroom is clean and features underfloor heating but lacks a proper shower rod and curtain. The towel dryers didn't work due to the radiators being off, and there were no instructions for operating the heating system. The host's lack of communication was a big disappointment. Requests for extra pillows and a duvet change were ignored despite reminders. A response, even if negative, would have been appreciated.

It was a bit tired in places!! No shower curtain in on-suite, skirting boards not attached in place, no kettle, no toaster and not a lot of cutlery and the sink in kitchen leaks
