"Great place to stay."

The apartment is very comfortable and great for a single person or a couple. It is equipped with everything yo can think of. The host was very nice and welcoming and it seems that he really care that you will enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is quite and very safe. I strongly recommend this apartment.

The only negative experience is that I turned on the heating and the host called me and said that I am not allowed to have a temperature above 22c in the apartment according to the Italian law. Well, if this is true all over Italy then this is a negative comment on the entire country and not on this specific apartment. So, I did not turn on the heating anymore.

Ωραίο διαμέρισμα, φροντισμένο, καθαρό και όμορφα ανακαινισμένο, κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό της Μπολόνια (20 λεπτά με τα πόδια), κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης όπου η πρόσβαση μπορεί να γίνει και με τα πόδια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης του διαμερίσματος, ο Danielle, συνεπής, εξυπηρετικός, ευγενικός. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και για μας ήταν ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα για τουρισμό στη Μπολόνια και στις γύρω πόλεις. Θα το επιλέγαμε και πάλι, αν βρισκόμασταν στην περιοχή. Ευχαριστούμε, Danielle, και σου ευχόμαστε να απολαμβάνεις τη ζωή! ❤️❤️

Αν μπορώ να κάνω αρνητικά σχόλια, φιλικά θα συνιστούσα στο Danielle να αλλάξει το καλάθι απορριμμάτων του μπάνιου. ❤️❤️ Επίσης, ενώ η booking, όταν κλείσαμε το διαμερισματάκι, μας πληροφόρησε ότι στην τιμή περιλαμβάνονται όλοι οι φόροι και οι χρεώσεις, ο Danielle μας ζήτησε φόρο διαμονής πόλης 34 ευρώ επιπλέον. Τα δώσαμε τα χρήματα αυτά, αλλά αναρωτιόμαστε ακόμα, γιατί υπάρχει αυτή η αντίφαση μεταξύ του ιδιοκτήτη και της πλατφόρμας ενοικίασης καταλυμάτων.

"Perfect! Would stay again!"

Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Felt like home! Loved the local pizza place - great food. The balcony was an added bonus!

Appartement très bien équipé, bien localisé, proche d'un supermarché, balcon apprécié.

Si possible, il serait temps d'intégrer la taxe de séjour dans le prix de la location. Exiger un paiement en espèces dès l'arrivée est très inconvénient.

Krásný čistý apartmán, kuchyně dostatečně vybavená. Klimatizace se opravdu hodila. Oceňujeme bezproblémovou domluvu času příjezdu a předání klíčů.

Proud vody ze sprchy by mohl být větší.
