The Waterfront Townhouse Accommodation

Heating did not work. Was freezing so we had to leave as they could not fix the heating. Still waiting on a refund nearly 2 weeks later, which they said would only take a few days

The convenience of the lockbox for key collection, the location, the value.

There was about a third of a roll of toilet roll in bathroom ,no more. Only towel available was a little foot towel on ground at shower ,no other ones in room - checked everywhere Went to get tea in morning at tea/coffee station but no milk so I didn't bother with it Room itself fine/clean ,great location but those few bits were simple fixes and disappointed me

The location.

The room was freezing, the heater was unplugged and took hours to warm up. A small plug in heater is not enough for a room like that in winter. You could hear noise from every other room and in the morning there was a muisc/ dance class at 9am directly underneath. Impossible to sleep. The decor was also very outdated.
