Very good location in the centre of Kilkenny. The bed was comfortable.

The glass on the front door was smashed and boarded up with a wooden plank. The bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous occupants and the floor was disgusting. The door to the room didn't feel secure. The bed was the only thing that seemed to have been cleaned / changed since the previous occupant.

The location was great for where I needed to be during my visit. Check in and check out was simple and straightforward

There was no soap in the bathroom, I couldn’t connect to the WiFi, the room was on a slant which meant the bed was slanted also. There was no water in the room. If facing onto the road, you can hear everything from the music in the bars, to the people on the street. There was no parking and when I rang about the recommended car park, the man on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I asked in Dunnes about parking and they said not to use that car park as you are charged €2 an hour which turns out to be expensive when you are staying a few nights. Instead I used the library car park which had a day rate and was much cheaper.
