Mellow Yellow Ahangama

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is perfect peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care, making every morning special. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was clean and well-maintained. It truly felt like a relaxing home away from home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. ❤️

It was the cleanest and most modern room I had in Sri Lanka. The shower was amazing. They we’re so friendly and made a really good breakfast.

Mellow yellow is brilliant. The room was very clean and seem newly done. The location is 3 minutes in a tuk tuk from all the popular cafes and restaurants which are so easy to get. This place gave us the chance to experience a new beach club everyday rather than paying a lot of money just to stay in one which can get boring. The owners are a lovely family who are very welcoming :)

The only down side is it being on the main road so can hear a bit of traffic but with the fan on at night it drains the noise out

I love how close it was to the beaches as well as the coziness of the place. Everything was clean and there was even a little kitchenette in our room

A construção nova, Quartos grandes e cama grande, bom colchão. Wi-fi muito bom, ar condicionabo excelente. Banho e wc muito bom. O PA excelente, cada dia era diferente. Perto de uma praia que gostamos muito, passando a ponte. Próximo dos restaurantes. Gostamos muito deste alojamento preço e qualidade equivalente. Esxiste um estendal para secar roupa. Equipafo o wc com shampoo e gel de banho.

O isolamento não é o melhor por causa do barulho da passagem de carros por se encontrar próximo da estrada. Nós ficamos logo no quarto 1 mais próximo da estrada. Não sei como é nos outros quartos.

kitchen does not have a fridge, power went out for 2 days for multiple hours, when it was time to pay there was no mention about electricity missing and we couldn’t pay with credit card after repeatedly asking to pay with card.

Pequeño y acogedor en una zona tranquila. El dueño es muy amable y atento, y el desayuno local es bastante abundante. Se agradece que tenga ventilador y aire acondicionado, así como la limpieza. Sin duda repetiría.

Lovely room, well laid out, good hosts, clean, hot water lovely shower, fridge! Would be 9 if not for the road.

The place is so close to the highway. The busses and lorries drive all night. They beep constantly and the train on the other side. We booked for 6 and stayed for 3 because we couldn't sleep, even with ear plugs, sometimes the room would feel like it was shaking. We didn't want to eat outside because of the fumes and the noise. Heavy caution to an otherwise really lovely place.
