I like that I was able to get my refund back.

What I didn’t like was your staff at the front desk. The ladies at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. They didn’t greet us when we came in and was very rude when asking questions about the payment.

The morning breakfast, the location.

Close to the airport, free shuttle. This was a last minute booking after my flight was delayed 16 hours. Breakfast was ok, bed was comfy enough.

Multiple hairs found in the bedding, hair all over the bathroom floor and shower walls. They clearly do not take much time cleaning the rooms. Bed was sloppily made, one pillow had a too small pillow case so the bare pillow was sticking out. Shower drained extremely slow, toilet had trouble flushing all the way. Definitely some junkies staying in this hotel as well, double lock your door. Elevator absolutely reeked of weed but at least worked.
