ive always enjoyed my stays at tge quality

i did not like that for the first time in all the times I've stayed i felt very uncomfortable the front dest kept giving my room key out to other guest ! three times my door was unlocked and people came in saying they were given my room witch i had booked online ! I didn't get much sleep and when i called the front desk i was hurried off the phone with whomever it was saying its fine your fine now ! no apology nothing . i should have at least been offered a free stay at the very least ! my comfort and safety were not a priority

There wasn’t much to like at all

Shuttle driver barely spoke English. Fridge wasn’t working. Room wasn’t clean. Shower curtain rod was bent so curtain wouldn’t stay closed, and there was no toilet paper left in the room. As I arrived late I had to go take a roll from the common bathroom on the main floor. Also several people running around using foul language….

"I expected better conditions. Even though the price was good, I wouldn't stay here again."

Location and the assistant at the front desk tried to be helpful but his tools were limited.

The room wasn't clean.at all. There were live roaches crawling around the furniture and the sheets had old make-up stains and we had to request towels and were told that they were in the laundry. We had to wait 30 minutes for towels. There was an open air vent above the shower where flies made their vacation stay. We booked for two nights but only stayed one because of the conditions.

My stay in the past was great no complaints on the room and location.

Attempted to reach out to the staff regarding a question about my stay and reservation. The staff hung up on 3 times and kept me on for 45 minutes.

I didn’t enjoy my stay at all… the hallways were dirty, it smelled so bad. I had to wait until almost 7pm to get my room cleaned.
