Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card / overseas visitors. All requests for arrival after 19:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Otherwise, a surcharge of NZD 25 will apply for arrivals after check-in hours. For your information, we provide a heater, e-blanket, and extra blanket at all our accommodations. However, Lake Tekapo is surrounded by Alpine mountains which will be extremely cold depending on the weather. We suggest you bring more layers when you are planning to visit Tekapo from April to October. Kindly noted that we are not able to cancel the booking due to natural disasters or road closures. Please note that there is a penalty will be imposed if our team find/smell the guest smoking/vaping inside the property. Smoking/vaping is strictly not allowed in all of our properties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Good space and comfortable, good labeling on cupboards made easy to find things

Thought it was quite expensive for the location, bathroom lacked a vanity unit which made difficult to put anything anywhere apart from on the floor which isn’t ideal

처음에 후기 검토때 부정적이 후기들이 있어 걱정을 했지만 숙소가 깨끗하고 킹사이즈 침대가 있는 방이 독립되어 있으며 화장실도 깨끗하고 주방시설이 갖추어져 있고 주방옆에 TV와 소파가 있는 거실도 있어 식사하고 쉬기도 좋았습니다. 테카포 호수앞에 큰 마트가 있어 장보기도 편했습니다.

렌트하시는 분들은 문제가 없겠지만 뚜벅이들은 테카포 버스 정류장에서 1키로 정도 도보 이동이 필요하며 숙소에서 체크인이 안되고 테카포 버스 정류소 근처의 숙소 사무실에서 체크인후 숙소 사용설명서와 룸키 비밀번호를 알고 숙소로 이동 해야합니다. 사전에 숙소 사무실에 전화를 해 확인 하세요.

"Modern, quiet unit close to Lake Tekapo"

Generally well thought out and modern property. Decent value compared to some of the other options, (though still a bit exxy by NZ standards). Nice and quiet.

Pillow’s weren’t great. Pics of the property implied there was an oven but turns out that’s only for the larger units. Would be good to not confuse the listing with these images

No dryer, lots of flies when we entered, it was hot with only 1 fan. Rooms were small.
