Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card / overseas visitors. All requests for arrival after 19:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Otherwise, a surcharge of NZD 25 will apply for arrivals after check-in hours. For your information, we provide a heater, e-blanket, and extra blanket at all our accommodations. However, Lake Tekapo is surrounded by Alpine mountains which will be extremely cold depending on the weather. We suggest you bring more layers when you are planning to visit Tekapo from April to October. Kindly noted that we are not able to cancel the booking due to natural disasters or road closures. Please note that there is a penalty will be imposed if our team find/smell the guest smoking/vaping inside the property. Smoking/vaping is strictly not allowed in all of our properties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
