One of the best hotels I've been to. In the city center, with a beautiful view, a large, clean bathroom, and a great kitchen with everything you need. Roberta is the best host, always available, and went above and beyond to provide snacks, water, juice, teas, coffee capsules, and more. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable🤍

The host was very proactive and reactive. Left a few things for us here and there that made the stay all the way more comfortable. Loved it !

We had a private bathroom with our own key but it was outside the room in the corridor shared with other guests, so not the most practical but not un-manageable

Great location, near to Politeama plaza where we were able to take all public transport to airport, other cities (Trapani and Castellamare to then go to nearby islands and beaches). Roberta was a great host providing all relevant information, keeping constant communication with us in case any issue appeared and always maintaining a very kind and positive attitude. 100% recommend
