Studio Florio

Great location and amazing host - very kind and helpful. All amenities were clean and comfortable and the access to the studio was very convenient - you could unlock with a whatsapp call. We were able to leave our luggage after check out which was perfect. Water, coffee and snacks were available as well.

The bathroom was in a common hallway, but not shared. Pretty common for studios and very OK.

Location is perfect. The whole apartment is really spacious

It is not well described that it is a shared space... Actually there are 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets and common kitchen and lobby. However if you accomodate 2 rooms, the owner dedicates one toilet for those 2 rooms.

Owner was very nice and accomodatting. Even left us some snacks that other accomodations have made it to be "breakfast included" so we appreciated her generosity.

In the description of facilities it says "parking" so it makes you think there is private parking. Actually it just refers to the parking on the street. Always took us 20 mins to find a spot.

I have been for a two-day - conference, and the staff was very polite, available and flexible with the check-in/check-out hours. The house was perfectly clean and served with high-quality products: shampoo, body creams as well as the oil to cook and the sheets.

I would have liked to know more explicitly that the restroom is shared. I did not get it before booking, and I have discarded other options because of it. Anyway, there was nobody else in the house, so I had exclusive usage of the services. With or without the shared bathroom, the place is highly recommended. I would certainly return when in Palermo.
