Very near to centre of attractions, tourist area and lots of food diners around. Walkable to any place in Georgetown. Small cafe as lobby and can bring outside food to eat there. Safety as the door is always lock.

Room is very small. Toilet is very narrow that u can't even turn your body in it. The hallway smells of cats poop and urine. They have small cafe as a lobby and u can just take your food to eat there.

The location is just a few minutes walking distance very near to nightlife shops, cafes, hawker stalls, and convenience stores. There is digital security lock on the front door & the reception/cafe is male-staffed so it's quite decent for safety. The room is small, but the space is just enough to fit the beds which are comfortable. It has a private shower room/toilet with water heater installed. There's also a washbasin right in front of the bathroom and a face mirror on the wall. I booked a Family Room with one large queen bed and two single beds, suitable for 4 persons. Pillows and blankets were provided. There's plug in outlets for charging for your phone, a TV and air-conditioning. It was well-worth the price. Amenities were not given, so we had to bring our own towels and toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste & brush. That's perfectly acceptable for the price we paid. Other than that, the lighting was bright enough for the entire room. I have no complaints for the room overall.

The shower room/toilet can be improved if the door is fix properly and a few adhesive hooks added to the panels for hanging towels. There's no toiletry rack installed to the wall, so I just had to put my toiletries on the floor during shower.

The room is smelly. Other guests are too noisy. Air-conditioning does not function as well.

Strategic location

The room has a bleach smell. The 2 rooms I got were not separated, it was connected. The toilet is small, and the upper part of the toilet room is open. The 2 shared bathrooms/toilets outside are quite dirty also. There's a rotting lizard in one of them. The bed is super uncomfortable. You can feel the mattress's spring.

The room upstairs is partitioned with plywood and there is door that you can open and enter the adjoining room. Visitor should check before booking your room to avoid stranger from your adjoining room enter your room easily.
