During my recent stay 4D3N at a budget hotel in the heart of Georgetown, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hospitality and kindness extended by the staff. From the moment I arrived, Abdullah, Hanis, Angie, and several other team members, whose names I unfortunately can't recall, made every effort to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The management's commitment to guest service is truly remarkable. Whether you need recommendations for local attractions, assistance with transportation, or any other request, the staff are always eager to help. Their warmth and friendliness added a personal touch to my stay, making it a memorable experience. The hotel's reception area is particularly inviting, featuring a decent seating area perfect for relaxation. The mirror doors offer a view of the bustling town outside, allowing guests to enjoy the vibrant cityscape while unwinding in a comfortable space. In terms of affordability, this hotel offers some of the cheapest rates in town without compromising on the essentials. Property did not mention toilet outsite room. And sharing toilet.

Sadly, Nothing

No internet, shower was so small that i couldn’t stand properly, same for wc, couldn’t sit properly. Room has no windows and was dirty, the pillow were brown

Location is good, reception is friendly, toilet clean, bedroom clean & comfortable

I booked for family room but got 2 rooms separate but still acceptable & understand that room is selling fast but at least owner property update in the app
