The hospitality is good and the management is so helpful They offered me bigger room without extra charge because I booked smaller than I need . The room is comfortable Very cheap and good service Even they offered me to wash my self my clothes and no charge it's for free TV and netflix also available

"Got scammed"

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to all the places of interest.

When booked, stated twin room (2 queen beds, 1 single bed) and can stay for 5 adults. When arrived, I got scammed as the staff told me, they could only provide a room with a queen sized bed and a single bed. There were 5 of us, how could we cramped ourselves in a small room. So the staff asked me to talk to his boss. After negotiated, she agreed to give me a big room with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds but I needed to top up another RM50. So, totally I paid for RM95.40 + Rm50 = RM145.40. NO TV AND NO ELECTRIC KETTLE AS MENTIONED.
