information about the tourist tax should be given at the beginning of the stay .not everyone has cash on the last day ,not everyone wants to widraw money from an ATM . Flat is little bit dark .Not many day light .

The location is perfect in the middle of lecco centre. The apartment is exactly like photos - everything works and all is comfortable. Check-in is easy and simple - self check in. The host is helpful and genuine - she does want your stay to be great.

The mattress is not very comfortable and the pillows were dusty. Unfortunately, the room itself smells of cigarettes which cannot be removed. You can smell it from outside the apartment door. We informed the host that this gave problems to our asthma - the host was lovely enough to offer another accommodation free of charge and provided a breakfast voucher when we removed a change since we only had 2 more nights left. The host needs to write in the description to inform those with asthma and allergies that the room has a cigarette smell, unless she finds a way to remove it.

Location was great. Size of room was ample.

Check in via a tenancy agreement was cumbersome and long. Never had to sign a tenancy agreement via a smartphone before.
