Casa Lisander

The location in the middle of Lovely Lecco was brilliant. Very close to the lake, restaurants, shopping and train station. The studio is clean and modern in an old classic building. It was well equipped and everything seemed quite new. We would stay there again.

The payment and check-in procedeures are frustrating and time consuming. They are designed to be the least trouble to the owner as there is no human contact. They put a lot of onus on the guest to operate a mal-functioning app and to accept a strange payment method that includes clicking a link in a message. They also demanded an unusual amount of personal information. They said it was because of legal obligations but no other accommodation In Italy demanded such detail.

We had a great stay in the apartment in Lecco. The host provided clear self check-in instructions with detailed photos, so even though we arrived late (11:00 PM), we had no issues getting in. It was nice that the host checked in to see if we arrived safely and managed to check in without any problems. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, ironing board, dishes, pans, pots, and much more. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the waterfront and the train station. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, perfectly sized and equipped for a couple, and Anna was super-helpful, easy-goingy and communicative. Everything was fantastic.

What I liked most is the timely responses and help of the host. She helped me get to know how to navigate to the property starting from the the airport! She is just beyond amazing and friendly. The property's location is great and at easy access to the train station, shopping area, the university, Carrefour express, restaurants, and the lake.

I don't think of anything that I particularly didn't like.

The location of the apartment is amazing, it is right in the city centre of Lecco and within 5 min walking distance to the train station. There are plenty of coffee places and restaurants very close. The next big supermarket is around 10-15 min by walking distance.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it smelled like people had smoked in there. Whenever you come into the apartment, there was a quit heavy smoking smell.

Great location in the center of Lecco, near shops and cafes. The appartment was very pretty, with everything inside and the host was very friendly and helpful :) Value for the money!

We rated our stay a 9 out of 10 instead of a perfect score because the curtains in the apartment were see-through. This was particularly concerning given the shared balcony, which compromised our privacy, especially in the bathroom. We had to be cautious to avoid being seen by others, which detracted from our overall comfort.

Perfect location of the apartment - a few minutes walking distance from train station, lots of restaurants, lake and boats. Apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you could need - air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer and iron. Extremely nice and helpful host. Highly recommended place!
