Sunrise Service Apartments

I had a very disappointing experience at Sunrise Service Apartments. When I arrived at the property, I was told that there was no room available for me, despite having a confirmed booking. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially after traveling all the way expecting a smooth check-in. There was no prior communication or assistance offered to resolve the issue. It left me stranded and stressed. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

The location was great - all the deliveries were on time.

Our check in time was delayed because the room wasn't ready. And they said they are cleaning the room. Upon us receiving the keys which was somewhere after 30-45 mins of wait - we went to check the room - it was not cleaned properly. There were cigarette buds lying under the TV unit, the pillows and bed cover was looking used. There was a very bad pungent smell in the house after the cleaning. And to be honest the room didn't look like the photos. No door mats, no planters, stained walls. Kitchen doesn't have decent cutlery. There are no toiletries. And seemed smaller than seen in pics. In reality it actually looked like a robbed off version of what was shown in pics. There was also a sudden water problem which was fixed in 15 mins. This could have been easily taken care of if the staff cared enough to check if their tanks are full or not. The sofa was uncomfortable too. And the weirdest part is that the room has only white lights. I mean in today's world who doesn't have soft lights?? What are you supposed to do study?? Come on, these are basics. A warm toned light is standard in any place now.
