Sunrise Service Apartments

Property is located near the main road and it’s a residential area. There are many fruits and grocery stores. On the main road there was a very decent veg restaurant which made it easy for the elders in the family to get comfort foods. There is CCTV in the premises. The staff/caretaker of the property is approachable.

1. The room allocated for us was very dusty, sofa had lumps of brown dirt. The full room looked very dusty and unclean. There was dust even beneath the bed. 2. The beds were not properly maintained. There were cockroaches in the bedroom and the entire stay we spent sleepless nights because the bed was itchy. 3. The plates and the kitchen utensils provided were old, broken and unwashed. The lighter provided did not work but the staff was able to replace it. 4. The mirror was tilted in the bathroom and we were not able to fix it and the bathroom lock was not aligned and we were unable to lock it. Property didn’t look like the pictures. We shortened our stay from 16-20 to 16-18 because of the above reasons. Paid 3726 for 2 nights stay. The effective cost per day was 1.8k (including taxes) and it was definitely not worth it. I was travelling with my mum and she was not at all happy with the stay.
