Manager ,owner and the staffs were helpful.

There was no Ac,I don't think anyone checks whether AC is available at a appartment,its basic need now. All utensils were so dirty,there was no water after 10pm.

"Worst stay I have ever booked"

I did not like anything in the service apartment. It didn't even look a service apartment.

The staff won't receive my phone when I call them no proper basic facilities. They used to give the toiletries after I asked them and even in the towel what they gave there were ants and soda was not comfortable and it was so dirty which didn't have any sheet or cover. No dishwashing materials for cleaning the kitchen vessels. The vessels which were given was so dirty. No proper latches for the door.
