Owner of the property was not professional. The room wasn't ready when we arrived there. We had requested for early check-in and we reached around 11.15 AM(Standard check-in mentioned was 12 PM) but someone else was already in the room and they vacated the room and cleaned it and made us wait till 12.25 PM to handover the room! Even the owner wasn't aware of the situation of the property!

I am absolutely devastated by my experience at this facility. Upon arriving at 2 PM, I was informed that my room wasn’t ready and was placed in a temporary room that was nothing short of a nightmare—filthy, with a revolting bathroom that couldn't even be locked, no TV, and completely neglected maintenance. When my booked room was finally ready at 5 PM, I was utterly shocked by how deceptive the listing was. The room was not only dirty and lacking basic cleanliness, but it reeked of an awful smell. The advertised amenities were nowhere to be found—there was only a fan instead of air conditioning, an old microwave, a shared washing machine for the whole building, and filthy furniture. My experience was nothing but a disaster from start to finish. I’ve attached photos to show just how far below expectations this place fell. I would never, ever recommend staying here. I had to leave immediately and find another hotel because I couldn’t bear to stay in such conditions.
