Apartamento novo, limpo, todo equipado

O prédio está em reforma, localização com bastante lixo em torno, aspecto do local feio. No post fala que tem garagem, mas na verdade são vagas na rua, que ou você tem sorte de achar uma publica ou você paga para estacionar.
