Great location - quiet area but only a short walk to Lake, transport, restaurants etc. Very comfortable and fully equipped. Good shower and comfortable beds. Effective aircon and nice balcony. Very helpful host.

All was good.

We traveled 3 lakes and stayed few days at each of them. This was the best place during our trip! As it was not only due to perfect location of this apartment and all its facilities but mainly because of our host who gave us more than we expected. We got not only complimentary drinks and food; we had communication I really enjoyed! A big Thank you!!!

If I had to choose an accomodation to visit till the rest of my life, this is the one I'd choose! You get a huge apartment in a really amazing place. Everything was given we didn't have to buy anything extra! Bed is comfortable, lights are great, there is even smart home in there! You can truely feel like you are home!

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Desenzano. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station, which is on the Milan/Venice line, and a five minute walk to the lake. The apartment is spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. If you’re thinking of self catering, there is a supermarket nearby and the market on Tuesday mornings sells a wide range of fruit, vegetables, cheeses and meats. Alessandro is a very good host. He was very helpful, responded promptly to any questions we had and gave us very clear instructions about checking in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment. The apartment is in a condominium, modernly furnished and has enough space for 2 people. The apartment have balcony, but not have a nice view and is a bit noisy from the nearby factory during the day. The location is convenient and within walking distance to downtown and grocery stores. You can park in front of the cooperative. Alessandro sends detailed instructions to access the apartment, but is responsive if you have additional questions.

The air conditioning system is automated and cannot be directly controlled by guests. To control the temperature in the rooms, you need to install an application on your personal phone. This is not acceptable for all guests as the app does not meet security requirements. But, we were lucky with the weather, the temperature was acceptable.
